RMIT Trak

Trak is a clock widget developed by the Educational Media Group in collaboration with Miranda Buck from the School of Health Sciences.

The idea was to have a tool to indicate a presentations progress and to indicate segments within the presentation that have a specific purpose. For example, the presentation could be broken into an intro, presentation, Q&A and a conclusion. An important requirement was that the widget would "sit over" a Powerpoint presentation while it was in slideshow mode. To achieve these goals we used Adobe's AIR.
